Stop giving us time penalties for when YOUR servers crash

For like 8 months now I only had 1 dc because of the game's servers that was wrongly attributed to me. All the other times I got no penalty. Comparing that to when I just started playing the game, where every time the servers crashed (I only ever dc-ed on purpose like 2 times, to see how my bot would play once bots replaced dc-ed players, and another because I needed to do something right away irl) I would get the dc penalty as if I willingly dc-ed.

Never got a penalty for a crashing server. But my game is more or less really stable anyways compared to other people in the moment, so maybe it's just me.

The server has disconnected 3 times for me today and I have to wait an hour now because my matchmaking is locked. Bhvr obviously won't respond, and it's getting rlly annoying.

sometimes the penalty is so short the first time you dc you won't even see it, its when the servers crash multiple times its an issue and it does happen occasionally
