End game timer should start once the generators are done
Prevents survivors from holding the game hostage once generators are done.

I feel like this would needlessly complicate the endgame for people not waiting around to be rude, who might just want to do a rescue or who can't find the exits. This would also make some endgame perks like No Way Out too strong.
If you want to pressure survivors, you can open the gates as Killer as well when all the gens are done, to start the end game collapse.

This is not what holding hostage is.

Endgame Collapse already works to prevent survivors holding a match hostage, as the killer can open the door when all generators are complete and start the timer.

This would make No Way Out and Remember Me absolutely busted.

Hell, if Remember Me and No Way Out have full stacks, I'm not even sure it would be possible to escape in time if no one is downed/hooked.
