Its absolutely sweatier. This is due to offerings, items and addons not being randomized. As killer you get optimized survivor groups when you have no slowdown whatsoever and as survivoor you get killers with very strong addons that tunnel and camp because you have no perks to defend yourself.

The mode really shows how dependent the game is on these perks.

Oh no not a Pig civil war. If there is ever a history of video games in schools in 100 years this will go down as another war caused by religion/cult. Now obviously we all know who is in the right basing it off what the sacred book of pigs says.

All us Pig mains gathered at the great supper. Have it documented for centuries that as we all ate one person oniked “Some of you will betray us”.

I mostly play soloq survivor and it sadly has been a horrible experience foor me and Jill. Had to quit the game yesterday because it started to only be frustrating and thats not what a game is supposed to be.

Cant say, that the normal queue is much better though.

While it hasn't helped with managing my DBD obsession/life balance… I do want to take a moment to say thanks for being so welcoming to I… especially given my relatively short time with the game… a lot of communities tend to dismiss low hour players.

I don't exaggerate when I say learned a lot reading about Pig through all your posts over the first half of the year (including you guys @AbsolutGrndZer0 @Vanishlord and others here) . It was just odd talking points here and there, but I got inspired with a lot of little tid bits to try many things off it and realised just how much freedom Amanda has with perks just by virtue of the fact she isn't dependent on slowdown to keep the game going like other killers. I considered dropping a line here to this group pretty early on, but who wants to be the awkward noob knocking on the door right? 😁

Then of course we had the near destruction of our head traps, which forced our collective hands… all notions of shyness just died immediately… like a glorious call to arms 😅

I am still, and believe we should all, be very proud of that collaborative effort. The message was constructive, clear and fair… but also strong and unwavering as well. I consider it one the healthiest discussions I've seen in the forums, where even people who disagreed still respected the points being raised. While I don't hold an illusion it was our voices alone that swayed the change, I definitely think we presented a very strong argument that made that decision much easier for BHVR ^^

With that, I just want to say, may all your slow release toxins be pure, your head trap timers never falter, and your snoots forever firm in our never ending quest for boops. 👉️🐽

Some people will say the longer you play a game, DBD in particular, the more cynical, conniving, and toxic you become. It's not the case with a lot of us even though over the years you'll be tested constantly by Jigsaw himself to see how much more you can take before you become a Pig player you never wanted to be (judaspig oink!); But when you remain you…that's when you become a Based Pig! Keep it up, and continue to enjoy the game we all have a passion for oink! Happy 1st anniversary, fellow Piggy main! 🐷

Agreed, people really were a lot more respectful then I expected on that. It was definitly one of the healthies disscusions I have seen on here too. We also proved that if you work together we can acomplish a goal. That is why I think we stand out in terms of a group of killer mains not to brag but we worked together and we didn't argue at all which I think is very impressive for a killer that has a large variety of ways to play as pig. Lets hope we can get through the other half of the year and many more to come with our current attitude.

I mostly try to play in a way that I would also like to play against.

It's great for that reason, that Piggy gets rewarded for spreading hookstages and downing different survivors with slowdown on all of them.

This makes me unintentionally tunnel a lot less than I might do otherwise (these situations, where you just chase what is in front of you, but that one has just got off hook).

Survivor truly is that way sometimes. Especially in solo one fears that, if you give some killers a small advantage, everything crumbles. Therefore many just play extremely safe, which also results in rather boring matches with fewer interaction.

I think this comes down to the fact that awful matches tend be remembered a lot more than good ones. One bad match and many people will try to avoid having a similar experience at all costs.

What many don't realize however, is that loosing or winning does often not make the match fun.

You can win but have no fun at all and loose while having an absolute blast.

Maybe that's also why so many Pigs refuse to BOOP.

Guys I managed after almost two years to finally get two of my friends back on dbd!!! I am hoping I can keep them on it since they didn't play it a lot I am hoping their lobbies will be easier. Problem is we don't have any of our stuff because we're on Xbox and all our stuff is on playstation😭Not even my pig 😭

This video was my bible! I played for a week in custom games practising everything he discussed there, before I got the courage to play a real game 😁

I know I'm fuming I had to pay for Pig again even though I would have gotten her back in a few months just so I can get her upcoming anniversary outfit. She's always worth it though!!!

In other news, as if I didn't need more reasons to love Pig, had this heart stopping moment today...

I haven't been this stressed at DBD for months... there are not many killers that can create such a nail biting moment xD

WHOA that's like… the timing of that is just pure insanity… down to less than a second to spare!

It is moments like these why I love our piggy. Sadly I never play against her. Also, I was playing a custom match with two of my friends and they were so confused about Pig as they have never faced her before. I wish I recorded it. Back on topic you are most certainly right the only killers who may be able to pull this off quite as well would be Myers or Ghosty.

What is frustrating is they nuked his pallet and window raw scamper... pallets I get, but windows is a bit more of an eye raise... but whatever fine...

However although they gave him a cooldown reduction, they didn't address any of his issues while scampering during slice and dice. Scampering is his unique trait, but scampering during S&D is useless cause it yanks your camera behind you as you do it... it totally screws with your S&D aim so you almost always miss.

He's a third person killer, why is his camera being dragged behind him? He's like the one killer that shouldn't happen on.

That's why i fought for Sadako and we all for Piggies traps.

Chucky seems to just be the "charges at you every 18 seconds" - killer.

That's not very original.

Oh my god I fought so hard for Sadoko and look where she is now. At least we saved Pig and her traps. I truely would have been lost if they gave her the original changes.
