Hooks seem to be getting closer and closer
The screenshot provided says enough.
I'm so glad I got saboteur because I'm sure that it coming back at a much faster rate than even the cooldown is super useful and it's not like there's not 100 more hooks in the area…

Do you play killer and understand that the objective is to hook survivors?

Do you play survivor? A survivor player wouldn't type this LOL. I'm showing you THREE hooks in one area. Sorry that 2 hooks next to one another isn't enough for you. xoxo

I don't see a 100 hooks in your picture.
Would you rather killers slug survivors to death?

The issue is if they spread hooks far apart it could cause a lot of issues. If a single sabo could make it impossible to hook, the game would be in a miserable state.

The only issue with hooks next to each other is that you have no reason not to camp it out. The killer would be throwing.
I think this problem for either side is not something that can be solved ad long as it's delegated to RNG.

Oh my. I wish I could say I was shocked that you didn't pick up on the sarcasm. 3 is still a lot though. :)

There's 4 hooks right in the basement adjacent to each other. We're looking at a hook per a tile which is hardly a big deal.

That area has always had that many hooks for as long as I can remember. It’s probably because it’s right next to the corn field and the main building which don’t spawn many hooks so they spawn there to meet the hook requirement.

As others have said this is a map problem, not a hook problem, based on how the tiles spawn here

Don’t even worry about it. With the new sabo changes you can easily sabotage all three hooks in less than a second each and not even have to take a hit.

It's the oposite. Hooks have gotten further and further away from one another through the years, and are right now possibly on the biggest distance there ever was between hooks across many maps. Many old maps had hooks removed when they were reworked and are still like that, like Thompson's house and Haddonfield. Others can spawn such few hooks sometimes that an entire side after the main building can have only one hook (happens in both Eyrie of Crows and Ironworks of Misery), and hook deadzones are still quite likely to appear in many other areas. Because of that, not only are killers taking a little longer to hook, but sometimes it's impossible to hook someone you've downed. That always existed, but it used to be more rare than it is now.

There is a difference between making Sabo save a possible play and no hook to make a hook. OP didnt ask Devs to remove all hook.

Are you sure it's not just that one killer offering? There is a offering that considerably closes the gap between hooks.

As a Killer I feel like I can't find one when I really need it to be honest.
