"Remote Diagnosis" archives challenge makes 0 sense challenge design wise
Remote Diagnosis is an archives challenge that requires you to electrify 4 survivors that are 48 meters away from you in one trial as Doctor
This challenge makes no sense, it's the only killer power challenge in the game that has no unlockable requirement stated but requires an unlockable to be completed, it's impossible to electrify survivors 48 meters away from you as basekit Doctor without the Iridescent Queen addon or a combo of Terror Radius perks and addons
Every other killer power challenge doesn't have that design oddity, all other killer power challenges can be completed with their basekit properties, this challenge needs a tweak or a rework

I am perfectly fine with challenges that require knowledge of the Killer to complete.
its a chance to deepen yourself with Doctor and understand more.2 -
There are some other challenges that basically require add ons or perks to be completed. The one with nurse where you need to m1 someone after blinking comes to mind. This is completely fine. Add ons are readily available in the bloodweb and can be considered part of a killer power.

There's a difference between knowledge of a Killer's kit (although add-on-less Doc isn't exactly rocket science) and being essentially forced to run an iri add-on to do a challenge. This single challenge can potentially cost quite a few BP depending on a player's interest in Doc.
I'm all for challenges requiring game knowledge (for example a challenge that would require Artist to get a down/injury through a wall) but I'm a bit iffy about challenges requiring an add-on.
Funny side-note: I don't think I've ever seen you agree with someone's complaint despite seeing you everywhere XD

I would be way more concerned about challenges that are badly functioning.

I mean, bugged challenges aren't exactly new.
I can't recall the name (maybe something like "that's rude"?) but there was this challenge where you have to point towards the Killer and dozens of people just couldn't get it to trigger.

Well, you only need Distressing to complete this challenge and it is a base perk available to anyone.

do i need monitor and abuse and distressing. distressing increasing by 16% and it needs a 50% increase
