Ghostface changes
I would consider Ghostface a C tier killer, not the worst, but lacking a bit. I think these changes would make him a nice solid B tier killer.
- Reveal mechanic needs to be reworked. Now a survivor has an invisible cone in front of them that will detect Ghostface as long as he is a maximum of 32 meters away without anything that obstructs 81% or more of his body. Survivors also can’t reveal Ghostface behind cover and have to face him in the open, with the front of their body. If he’s above them they need to look up, and if he’s below them, they need to look down to reveal him. Ghostface can still stalk from max of 40 meters like before
- Ghostface gains 3% movement speed for 5 seconds after marking a survivor
- Make straps from his outfits not obstruct the fov on his first person model
Add-ons
Drop-Leg Knife Sheath – Gain additional 7% movement speed for 5 seconds after marking a survivor

I agree that the reveal mechanic can be really iffy at times and could use a few touch-ups.
The main change I would like to see happen to Ghost Face is that hooked and down survivors can no longer reveal the Ghost Face when he is in power.
This would make it so that you don't have to feel that you are restricted in cloaking your terror radius after you down or hook a survivor.2 -
I do like this change as well. It is kinda silly you have to go out of sight of a hooked/downed person to be able to use his power.
