Newsletter banner, make an universal code for EVERYONE
Me and my friend signed up on may 17th for the newsletter to get the Alchemy lab banner. We made sure we ticked every box we saw during the sign up. We signed up with a total of 5 emails, just to be sure to get one, since we never got a newsletter with a BP code in the past when we signed up.
We got ONE code in all five mailadresses. ONE. And that one didn't even work.
It just feels like a lotery right now if you get it or not and if it works or not.
I'm at the point that I think they just should give it to everyone with an universal code. This is just ridiculous that even the newsletters are bugged in a way you never even receive one.
I'm fine with BP codes in mails, that's whatever. But to make exclusive content (lets be real, the banner looks sick) behind something that doesn't even work, is just sad. I'm pretty pissed that we used 5 different mails and received just one.

I’m signed up on two emails and didn’t get one on either. I’ve opened a support ticket and am waiting to hear back.

Yeah given how inconsistent BHVR is with these kinds of rewards, any sort of cosmetics that can't be obtained in game should never require anything that isn't a code.

Hey everyone,
I experienced the same issue. They responded to my ticket by saying that since I was subscribed before the cut-off date (which I was), I should check my spam folder and authorize their email. Then, they closed my ticket without further assistance.
Naturally, I checked everything, but I really didn’t receive any email from them. So, unfortunately, their support has been no help.

i’ve tried to sign up for the newsletter on three different occasions and have never once gotten an email 💀 i’ve just given up at this point

Someone on the subreddit said the exact same thing this morning. I am expecting the same reply from them if they even get back to me.

I wrote to support yesterday morning, they replied this morning saying that there was nothing they could do, "Also, it's important to do this right away since any promotion codes aren't sent retroactively, meaning that the settings need to be set before a promotion starts - due to the same reason and I apologize for the inconvenience, note that we aren't able to manually grant nor re-send the e-mail. "
Being that this is obviously a very wide-stated problem, I hope this isn't true and that players can get what they were expecting.

That's so strange. I got an email from them earlier today and they were extremely nice and helpful. They sent me an email with a code to redeem the banner.

I also never received one. I was instructed that the emails should go out by yesterday and never received mine despite being signed up for over a year before.

But I agree it seems incredibly consistent that emails which are to contain exclusive codes simply never send out. It's very frustrating that this issue never seems to resolve even a year later, and now I have stopped receiving DBD newsletters entirely for no reason.

I hope so too! I really hope they get things working properly if they give out exclusive content again for being subscribed to the newsletter. It’s really frustrating.
