My friend and I have not received ours

Ditto. I've ended up subscribing five different email addresses trying to ensure I get just two codes (one for PS4, one for Switch) when they send these kinds of things out, and still I haven't gotten even one code for this banner.

I've signed up multiple times and it's never actually sent me a newsletter nor does the email go to my spam folder - I never receive these.
