I registered my email account but did not receive the Alchemy Lab banner code email
I'm pretty sure I signed up for my email account, and I even have the anniversary Blood Point code email, but I didn't get the Alchemy Lab banner code email. If it is because of some bug or missed delivery, is it possible for the official to reissue?This is really important to me, I have been playing this game since the EA stage, I have collected almost all the non-limited skins and ornaments, and I would be really sad to miss this one.😣

I want to try to send them an email about this, I wonder if it will help.In addition, could you tell me how to submit the support ticket? I did not find this option on the official website, only a stupid ai is fooling me.

Simply follow the steps on the chat set up. Give them everything they ask including player ID, email, etc
Tell them that you have been subbed to the newsletter and did not receive alchemy lab banner email

Didn’t get mine either. I contacted support 2 days ago but the ticket has just disappeared without actually being resolved. Kind of getting annoyed at this point.

I sent in my support ticket at 6 in the morning yesterday and no reply as well. I think I'm screwed at this point. They really should just send out a code or log in for the banner like they did with Ace charm last year that was having the exact same problems. Ridiculous to have these codes when their email system doesn't work correctly after all of the years
