Alchemy Lab Banner Newsletter not working ? Edit FIXED by Devs
Is this currently a bug? I have just received the latest newsletter with a code to unlock the banner for the Alchemy Workshop. This code does not work after I have entered it in the store

funny, so the code for the Alchemy Lab banner seems to be incorrect in the newsletter. Is there anything official?

Same issue here, got the code in the newsletter but it says it's invalid when trying to redeem in game.

A new email was sent out with a different code and that worked for me.

In the past year I've signed up to the newsletter with three different email addresses, not including the prior two emails I signed up with years ago, and none of them have received the email yet. It's so random whether I receive any emails at all to any of the addresses. Quite frustrating. I've had trouble with continuing to get newsletters I don't want, but I've never had so much trouble receiving junk mail I do want.
I wish they'd either fix their newsletter system or stop giving codes away using it. They're dead set on it but it never works. At no point have all email addresses received a code they sent out; randomly some will receive it or none will receive it, but never all.

The first email I got, the code didn't work. Then a while later I got a second with a code that did work.

I still haven’t gotten a newsletter yet. Signed up on 3 different email addresses to see if they work and I have never gotten one.
Frustrating to be missing out on bloodpoint codes and other rewards because they can’t get their email system working properly.

Yes, I also received a new e-mail with a new code. That worked. I'm surprised it went so quickly.

I saw someone quote a post elsewhere that BHVR said that if you don't get it by tomorrow to contact their CS or something like that.

I have now contacted support, and they have gotten back to me and sent me a code through there!
I also included my player profile ID and my relevant email adresses in my ticket. I dunno if that helped at all, but I have now gotten it!

Exactly what I did. I went through the regular support ticket and through the chat one too! I gave them my game ID and also my account number in game since they asked for it.

I sent mine in at 6am yesterday and got an email at 2pm today. If you do not hear back I would reply to the email that's what I did at 10am this morning

Are you serious?? I've spent 3 days and several back and forth emails with them only to get nothing but they'll investigate and it could take awhile.
I've spent so much money in this game and they can't even send me a free banner
I'll add that they even confirmed that one of my email addresses was on the mailing list, yet still wouldn't sent me a code. And funnily enough, the email they said wasn't on the list is the one I've been getting dbd emails sent to for the past few months (I even screenshotted proof). This honestly feels like a bit of a slap in the face.

Yeah I'm completely unimpressed with my experience too, don't worry. I buy auric cells every week but have decided I'm not spending a single cent on this game until I get a proper response from someone. I'm pretty stubborn too..

I finally got a response from support and they simply apologized and gave me a banner code. No back and forth or anything just gave it to me. I’m impressed with how my agent handled it and give them props.
