Dead Hard is still the preferred exhaustion perk by top players. You're just bad.

Why would they buff a perk which is still meta? In every game I play, there's at least 1 player with DH.

wouldn’t say extremely good, definitely a shell of its former self. As a killer main I never get baited into dead hard it’s a bad perk imo.

The perk made chases less fun and unoptimal to go for, so Killers always had to second guess every chase. It made lunging impossible and gave free distance that Survivors shouldn't have had for a perk.
No. It doesn't need to come back. Please just admit you want an exploitable free healthstate that gets you to a loop you didn't deserve to hit because you got caught out of position again.
