Stop ignoring the killers that manly need upgrades
this last update with chucky was very good but I honestly don’t think mastermind need updated at all. Like I honestly think wraith, Micheal, Freddy, plague, ghost face, pyramid head, nemesis, and alien need buffed badly. Like how many times are you guys going to keep updating blight, everytime you release patch notes he’s always on it. You guys keep saying this game is balanced but In all realty it’s not because these killers need buffed but they won’t receive one.

Myers and Freddy yes, Nemy and PyH need better addons, GF and Xeno are fine and Plague is A tier. She does not need buffs.
Wesker and Blight got nerfed. Blight nerf was overdue and Wesker got changed because his power was heavily promoting tunneling.
You forget that all killers besides Plague are licensed. Everything has to be allowed by the license holders.

I don't think number or addon changes need permission, that would be ridiculous. Sure visuals or complete reworks maybe, but such smaller things surely not.

They've said before that part of their license agreements are that they can adjust killers for balance. I'm not sure that includes completely changing their power but considering Freddy I'm inclined to think it does.

Not even close xD Ghostface is actually pretty OK, he is around or slightly below average but he is in a good spot. If you mean in the bottom 15 or so then sure, one of the worst killers but he is really not that far down their, at worst he is like the 7th worst…

That was the main reason why it took so long for the first rework.
Tbh, they could revert him to his original state, give him different powers (like Vecna, TP included) but Update the dream interaction and immunity. The only real problem with old Freddy was, that you had the 7s basekit after pulling them into the dream where you could do nothing but watch them finish a Gen, cleanse your Ruin, unhook or open hatch and leave.

He is somewhere in the low middle, but still better than Trapper, Myers, Pig, Freddy and Clown.

Then why do they need to ban 3/4 of the survivor perks AND only play on his 2 strongest maps in comp just for him to have a chance? 6 other killers are worse than him? Who? Trapper and Freddy maaaaybe Hag. Every other killer in the game I would much rather play against a strong team with than ghostface.
1 person is all it takes to make this guy a powerless m1 killer. He is easily bottom 3-4 killers.

I mean the lower half of killers basically does not consistently work in comp, so that does not really mean anything... We are not doing a tierlist for comp or anything, otherwise you could look at KNightlight comp tierlist where 15 killers are in F tier...
Ghostface is pretty sure not that far down there.
