Any perk that creates several perk totems?

Other than hex plaything from pinhead, i dont know any eprk that creates several hex totems, but the fact you can get 5 stacks of pentimento means they exist.

Two Can Play can turn every totem into a hex totem if survivors keep cleansing it and you keep reactivating it by getting stunned. Pentimento is intended to be paired with several hex perks, which is why no one uses it except with Plaything.

Hex: Haunted Ground affects 2 totems
Edit: although if one gets cleansed, the other deactivates too

There's a perk that breaks boon totems that would allow pentimento to get 5 totems.
