"No Network Connection"

Platform: Epic Games
Issue: When I click to start loading, I'm given the error "NO NETWORK CONNECTION: In order to access this content, a network connection is required."
I've tried other platforms such as steam and Microsoft store on the same device and they both worked completely fine! Only when I play using Epic I get this message when I try to get into the game.
