I think The Lich (Vecna) needs a nerf. You give a killer 3+ abilities and expect him to be balanced its stupid.

3+ abilities that aren't great on their own

Mage hand still feels like a cheap hit whether it's used before or after the pallet is thrown which feels bad but his other powers feel much more balanced.
The skeletons could be a little more consistent and the sphere could be tweaked to be better at finding survivors. The flying spell is really useful against w holders and closing distance.
The enchanted armor side objective is fairly interesting and worthwhile. Overall not the worst killer to face honestly

They gave him four underpowered abilities and survivors passives they can grab for buffs. He absolutely does not need a nerf.

I fail to see how they are underpowered. The aspect that keeps Vecna balanced are the long cooldowns.
Mage Hand is even in need of a small nerf.

Vecna having 4 abilities is balanced out by the fact that these abilities have long cooldowns. Mage Hand is a bit too strong at the moment, but that is confirmed to get a nerf. And otherwise Vecna seems pretty balanced to me.

All of them except mage hand would be incredibly weak as single powers.

Arguably Mage Hand as a single ability would still suck because you have a power that only deals with pallets. You would be better playing Doctor who can do the same thing but also more.

I meant it like it's not as bad, compare to others.
But it still wouldn't work on most maps.

Meh not so sure about that. FoTD and Fly would be pretty decent if they were on a low cooldown. But of course there are killers with powers stronger than Vecna's spells, that is true.

Skeletons even on 10 seconds cool down as single power is still terrible. Just compare it with Pyramid head, or Artist.
Fly would be also terrible, I can just wait on pallet/window and you won't down me there. So Billy, Blight, Nurse, Chucky in comparison?
If you compare any of his power to other killers, they are just terrible versions of those.
That means underpowered to me. But they should be for sure, but right now I think they are too underpowered when you combine with (still) huge cool down and attack delays after his power.

Fly on a 10 second cooldown would give Vecna a lot of map pressure and anti-w power. He'd just be bad at loops. So probably high C tier or low B tier, but it really wouldn't be that bad. FoTD can deny vaults and dropped pallets, and hit survivors in animation, so that ability too is decent. You just need to know how to use it.
His spells shouldn't be as strong as other killer abilities, agreed, but I don't think they are underpowered. Vecna at the moment is a pretty strong killer, and he will be even after the small nerfs Mage Hand and FoTD are receiving. Vecna will be in a perfect spot once he receives his small nerfs, and I am positive after his update he won't be needing any more changes. He'll be strong, but also fair for survivor. Exactly what a killer should be.
If he does turn out to be a bit too weak, they can reduce his cooldowns a bit more. That's at least the buff I would want to see in that case.

No it isn't as far as I know, they just talked about how they are looking into changes to FoTD.
The only change that is confirmed is the pick up time nerf to Mage Hand, and even that is maybe not even finalized, maybe they will nerf Mage Hand in a different way.

IIRC the Ring of Telekinesis add-on (Faster pallet pick up) is getting changed completely as well.
