Nurse's fov and fatigue are bugged

During the 7.4.0 PTB, the Nurse's field of view (FOV) and fatigue were bugged, and these issues persist even after the release of Chucky. Despite people with motion sickness requesting fixes for almost five months, the bugs remain unresolved.

  1. Fatigue Updates:
    • The Nurse's fatigue is clunky, causing her to look straight down and then snap her head back up rapidly, which is extremely discomforting for people with motion sickness. Additionally, her movement speed is inconsistent: looking up increases her speed, while looking down decreases it.
    • 13/06/2024: The Nurse's old fatigue has been restored, with normal speed and smooth transitions. However, the fatigue duration for her first blink has increased from 2 seconds to 3.2 seconds, and she can still teleport during fatigue. The FOV issue remains unresolved.
    • 19/06/2024: Following the 8.2.0 bugfix patch, her fatigue has improved but is still bugged. She can still blink during fatigue and not see her hand, and the FOV issue persists.
  2. FOV Issues:
    • The Nurse's FOV has been decreased, affecting people with motion sickness. Previously increased in 2020 for quality of life, her hand and weapon are now too close, causing discomfort and headaches.
  3. Left Hand Bug:
    • The Nurse's left hand does not move when looking up or down while holding a blink. During a blink, her hand makes a quick frame movement and then remains stationary. This used to be smooth but is now completely static.
  4. Visibility and Animation Issues:
    • With the release of Tome 19, the Nurse can no longer see through lockers, which was initially a bug. However, she can still see through walls on some maps. Her left hand appears broken when holding a blink.

Despite numerous reports since the PTB and promises for fixes, these issues are not even listed under "known issues" in the patch notes. People have been eagerly waiting for Tome 19, hoping for a fix, especially those with motion sickness. The community, including Nurse mains without motion sickness, has been vocal about these problems, yet they remain unaddressed.

Timeline of Issues:

  • 28/11/2023: Nurse's fov and fatigue are bugged.
  • 13/06/2024: Nurse's fatigue has remained untouched but the first fatigue is now 3.2 seconds instead of 2 seconds.
  • 03/08/2024: The issues have persisted for almost a year, now approaching 9 months.

We are desperate for a fix to the Nurse's FOV and fatigue issues. Please address these problems for the sake of all players, especially those affected by motion sickness. 🙏🙏

I will provide some screenshots and videos, credit to : @Mr_K, Supaalf, thatberry, LeesStillGaming, Tylaan103.

Before 7.4.0 :

After 7.4.0 :

These screenshots are with shadowborn, but we do see a difference, just remove 15%.

"Broken" hand :

Her left hand is stationary and just doesn't move, if look all the way down, it looks like her hand broke.

Videos :

(The title of the first video is wrong, it explains the bug and you can clearly see the fov is different with the thumbnail, we see nurse's arm very well, now we just see her hand. The "before the PTB", you can clearly see the fatigue and FOV that they are BUGGED)

14/06/2024 : NEW FATIGUE BUG

19/06/2024 : NEW FATIGUE AGAIN SINCE 8.2.0 BUGFIX PATCH

BEFORE 14/06/2024 :

This one is probably the most important, it’s easier to understand :
