Cannot submit ticket

I'm trying to submit a ticket for two issues, but i get page not found after pressing submit. Please help as i've got no way of getting any support!

Issue 1) I raised a ticket some weeks back as I get a save error when trying to play via Epic. I've been through numerous people, though a quick google search tells me its an issue relating to platform inactivity. I was told it was escalated, but my ticket is marked as resolved each time….it's not, i can't play the game that I purchased!

Issue 2) I'm trying to update my email and username as my bhvr account details are incorrect. I've accidentally made a second account via gmail login.

Please help
