Should BHVR cosmetically update older killers?
I mean updates as in textures, animations, music, sounds, just cosmetic type things. For example both Freddy and Pig are Average height killers, like Legion and Ghost Face but use the flashlight stun animations from the Tall killers even though there is now a different animation for Average height killers so Freddy and Pig don't look like they're covering they're eyes, I mean yeah it's not a big deal at all but it'd be neat if it was updated, also I don't know if it's just me but neither Freddy or Pig look like they've gotten texture updates since they released unless they did and I just can't tell the difference. Of course nothing like this is a big deal and updates for these things are completely unnecessary but I think it'd be nice if BHVR went back and just gave the old killers some attention.

I'd love a complete animations pass. Mori's especially. Freddy's is thematically on point, but the weight of the hit is off.

It's in the right ballpark, but the weight isn't there, and is something BHVR have gotten much better at in modern mori's.
I would also love to see Pig get unique hook and carry animations thematic to Amanda. Her small size was a key plot point of the SAW films, and the inclusion of Detective Hoffman was specifically to explain how someone as small as Amanda and old/frail as John could place 200lb men as deadweight into Jigsaw trials.
Keeping her in a lower profile by dragging survivors instead of carrying them, and then using a mechanical hook on a chain to hook survivors would make her more unique, and be thematically perfect.

Freddy needs a complete graphical and animation overhaul. He feels like he was modded into the game rather than being an actual character.

Its not just animation alone, but sounds too.
Honestly, DBD animation isnt the best. Most of the time I dont feel satisfied. For some reason they always messed up limbs movement in running (and kicking Victor too)
If you feel something wrong with how this ranger walks, you understand what I mean.

I love this idea for Pig. Also, they need to hire Shawnee Smith to do some voice work.

I think the killer that needs updated the most graphically is myers. Very low detail on the outfit and the proportions are weird.
He should look more like the Fortnite skin
Also Ellen Ripley could look a lot better but not a case of being outdated unfortunately3 -

That is true, he has one of the best hit animations. Same with his wall break. They both don't need updating.
Everything else though, especially his walking and lobby animations, should be updated.

I fully agree. It would also be awesome for him to have a unique pallet break animation. Maybe something that uses the dream world and his powers. And of course some power updates would be nice as well…

Imagine is he had an animation similar to Vecna's but instead of it being a purple crystal it's the bloody hands from his snares breaking the pallet.
Truly terrifying.
