Would a smoke grenade work in the game?
Not sure if it could work but wouldn't it be neat to have a smoke grenade?

I just made a pretty long thread and I don't have the brain to think about more balance. But I for sure want more items to defend yourself in chases.

I think this could be a cool idea, no idea how you would get that to run well on a switch though

Do people play on the switch? That game runs worse than a toaster

You'd be surprised at the amount of people that do.

As a survivor AND a killer, I'd prefer smoke bombs to flashbangs. The light related mechanics in the game are the most annoying things possible. Make the smoke bombs only cover a specific area, and disorient rather than cause a stun animation sequence. And give them to both killers and survivors! That could be fun chaos!

Literally good luck getting MS Paint to run well on switch lol

Fog grenade*

I'd imagine it would visually work similar to Clown's bottles. I don't see any issue.

That's a fair point but wouldn't the smoke be more dense and, possibly, bigger?

It wouldn't have to be denser, just darker. Instead of bright pink, it would be dark grey. That would have similar particle count, so it shouldn't be any harder to render.

VHS had a smoke bomb and it was fun. It would work here but probably as a perk similar to flashbang rather than a new bloodweb item

I would love that.

Fair enough

Hello, are you from Norway?😁
I believe a smoke grenade would be awesome! Would work like a flashbang to drop and a dark smoke appears with a 10meter radius for example.
Or it could be activated while holding. And you could run around making a cover as well. Would work amazing against throwing/shooting killers.
