Nerf to survivor perks (gen progression perks and some meta perks)
Buffs to some gen regression perks
And garden of joy rework

he's posted this before but he wants BNP and other "charges-to-complete-gen" perks like invocation and the new Lara perk reworked so that killers can remove them.
