Killer taking slug to hook to face camp.

Had tier 3 Myers just proxycamp then down any1 coming for save. He put us under hook to take advantage of the surivor proxy debuff.

Intended counterplay? Or braindead tactics?

Any slugged survivors can just move away, in fact, it should be done with or without AFC feature

I'm not entirely sure if it's intended but pretty sure this is not an issue

Running at an instadown killer while they're camping is not advisable. You just have to do gens and let them hang until his Tier 3 runs out.

I'll never understand people running at the killer, instadown or not. In rare cases, hook trading is a decent move, but whole squads rushing in like lemmings is just suicide, and they have to know it.

Same goes for flashlight squads all "hiding" around a downed survivor, waiting for the pickup. Had a team like this yesterday. 2 injured flashlight survivors waiting for me to pick up, moaning and grunting around me. Am I supposed to not down them? Did they think I would just let it happen?

    People are weird.

I mean getting that close to the hook to begin with while its T3 myers plus can just crawl away. They can only pickup a finite amount of times.

I don't think it's intended exactly, but it's surely very smart from him. It's not like you couldn't just crawl away so I don't see a problem with that, he can at maximum pick you up and lay you down 3 times before you're free to go so it counters itself.

When I play survivor, I play with some friend, and there's a new in the band…
He keep running at the killer, everytime, and for no reason, like, I loop the killer and suddently, he appear from a corner, running in the opposite way than us and got hit

Or, we unhook him, and we say to him to follow us but no, he run near the killer after panicking "why the killer is after him"

It become a joke when he is here, but… Sometimes, is just… I don't know how to call that except he just want to die for no reason, not even for heroïc reason

It's times like that that playing killer, I just go "Great... I'm gonna get accused of tunneling now..."

intended gameplay, i do this all the time on huntress. i don't find spreading pressure and hooking rewarding as killer. i prefer to hook 1 person and slug camp people because it is higher reward then chasing survivors and 12 hooking. I do same with leatherface. Myer's is also weak killer and needs to do same thing because evil within is crap tool. evil within 3 is only good for camping hooks but camping hook = gen rush, so you slug people to fix that problem.

Slug hook camping is good strategy IF your killer is good at instant down/machine gun health-states but it is poor strategy for killer with weak camping capacity.

Why did you try to unhook vs a tier 3 Myers camping?
