The UI change is making me not care about cosmetics
I used to love trying out outfit combos and finding charms that fit them while waiting for a lobby or during other downtime, but the current UI is so uncomfortable and ugly I just avoid it tbh. I think I will give up on using charms completely since there's no way I'm scrolling through all the dozens I have to find one that interests me. And looking through the character selection is throwing "500 Auric Cells" signs at me so I usually never even make it to the customization menu.
For comparison, the old UI was so neat. You had all of your outfit nicely previewed all at once. You could change an outfit piece without any scrolling. If I wanted larger icons I could just go look at them in the store. With how much the new UI is trying to look like a store, it's taking away any urge I had to buy outfits.

Ditto. The new UI makes trying new combinations painful. A lot of the times I buy cosmetics is when I am putting something together but feel like the color or style is off or that a piece is missing. As a result I visit the store to see what other options there are and if I find something I really like, I get it.
With this UI change I just want to stick to my presets and not bother looking around at all since it is just so unpleasant to use. I already have a good amount of cosmetics so it is just not worth it for me to experiment and shop for new ones with this horrible UI when I can just go with what I already know works.

When I switch between different characters to level up their bloodwebs for a perk they just learned, I'm actually having some trouble finding the character that I want to play in lobby and switching to them.
At the very least, all the characters I have yet to purchase should not be mixed in with the ones I currently have that are playable.

Same. A big part of the fun of DBB for me was character customization. This UI redesign has taken that fun away from me. The new UI is so convoluted and clunky now I don't even wanna bother customizing anything anymore, let alone buy any new cosmetics.
Even something as simple as selecting a character has become a chore.

The new UI changes across the board are so painful to interact with, layering menus inside of and on top of each other is so weird and unintuitive. I've asked everyone i know who plays DBD and not a single person has liked the change so far, please either revert this or if that is not possible change it to something more akin to what we used to have.
