2v8 cages spawning on hooks - no uncage option

On Mcmillan Estate cages were spawning on Hooks and there was no way to un-cage people from that cage so people were forced to die or DC.

    I have also experienced this issue on the same map, got sent to the cage but was glitched into a hook and back wall of the tile it was in

    Same here, also on McMillan and in a corner of the map; specifically a brick jungle gym corner. You could see the hook from the cage itself, as well as on the outside of the cage.

    Also have experienced this bug, hooks are spawning on the MacMillan Estate when they shouldn't, making it impossible for survivors to rescue teammates unless a killer causes the cage to move.
