Imagine if the Legion released as a CO-OP killer.
I know Legion is probably not gonna get changed anytime soon, but now that we know the technology is in the game to allow two killers simultaneously, I am just imagining if the Legion was designed to be a proper "multiple killer" chapter.
It would be a killer chapter where you would group with a friend and play as different members of the Legion. The survivors don't see that there are two killers in the loading screen, but when all killers ready up it will show the "killer" as being ready.
It would probably be hard to balance, since 2v8 has already shown that it is hard to balance chases with two killers. I would imagine they would have to make it so each Legion players has to stab multiple times to down someone, or down 1 person together if they both hit the survivor together.
It's probably never gonna happen, I'm just thinking about it. Legion as a chapter was pretty dissapointing, we thought it would be a disguising killer, then a multiple identities killer, just for the final release to be a killer that runs and stabs surivivors and the "multiple" theme is just cosmetics and filler lore.

legion is already obnoxious and boring enough to play against. I sure as heck don’t wanna play against two mending sim killers.

I'm almost certain Legion would need to be nerfed for 2v8. His Frenzy has no counter except (hope they miss), and with only 4 chained hits you'll get a down. It's quite difficult in normal 1v4 because Survivors can tactically split up, but with 8 Survivors you're almost always guaranteed to get a Frenzy down, especially if the other Killer lures the Survivors towards you.

Agreed.
Not a strong killer, just obnoxious and tedious and when they basically get injures on survivors for free, combining two of them would be the most miserable mend-fest imaginable. The idea of two Legions makes me shudder only slightly less than they idea of two Tricksters or Knights

I think Legion should be the only killer allowed to be duplicate in 2v8 (not the same legion member tho) 😂

It would be unworkable but just for laughs, I kinda want to see a 4 vs 16 mode: Survivors Vs The Legion.
The queue times would be insanely long, though. Like see you guys next ice age long.

Funniest part is they wouldn't be threatening because two legions can never chain 4 downs

He'd probably need that add-on that makes him 4.6m/s basekit so survivors could still loop him.

Frenzy would need a numbers rework, but mechanically it would fit perfectly. I.e. number of chain hits for a lethal hit would be number of survivors remaining plus 1 or something similar.
