Potential Urban Evasion Buff
So I've been playing 2v8 a lot like most of us, and I noticed something I really loved about the Scout Role; that being how crouching not only gave you 100% movement speed but also reduced the amount of noise you make while crouched as well. This got me thinking, "well why not have Urban Evasion do the same as well?"
The buff is simple: Your movement speed is increased by 100%, your grunts of pain are an additional 50% quieter, and breathing is 25% quieter while crouching.
This way this perk can be more than just a worse Fixated and can form it's own niche, making the perk more helpful to use for people who enjoy stealthing occasionally. It would make some of the mouth breather survivors a lot better to play (looking at you Meg). Also because Stridor is additive again, it would mean that it counters UE completely, which to me feels fitting, a niche perk countering another niche perk. It also would have nice synergy with No Mither, given how that perk only reduces your grunts overall by 75%, and could also see some use if you find yourself exhausted while using Iron Will.

please, no. last thing we need is buff for hiding survivors that does nothing whole game. they already have distortion and iron will please dont make the game more unfun for both killer&survivor.

So keep a perk awful because a certain subset of players will continue to play a certain way regardless of if the perk gets buffed or not? Makes perfect sense

Also this is incorrect by your own admission in your previous comment, and is just incorrect overall. Using stealth doesn't mean stealthing for an entire match, every round has varying degrees of stealth from a survivor perspective, and having a tool besides Fixated for positioning better would be great for variety. UE is currently relegated to those players you're griping about, and buffing it could break it from that mold. Plus if you only use UE without IW it can throw a killer off because they don't expect you to suddenly go silent.

Wrong, i use stealth almost every match,If im deathook or in a situation where i really cant loop or the killer is just to oppressive, its in my and many other survivor’s best interest to hide

only bad survivors will hide. i guess u guys are one of them that makes games boring for both killer and survivor.

I feel like you're incorrectly reading what we're saying on purpose and are blatantly unaware that even chase-heavy survivors still use minimal stealth in matches. I will reiterate, using stealth does not mean you are immersed for an entire match, some players do play that way but that is not what I'm talking about, you're the one to have brought it up.
Nothing you've said so far means UE shouldn't get a buff, not one thing.0
