Costume contest
Hi. Hello behavior interactive. You've got to tip the scales on the costume contest. In the past you decided the winner and it led to some questionable choices but at least they were unpredictable.
If you leave it up to the community only the waifu of the moment will get voted for. Specifically sable. Sable is gonna win. A male survivor has never won this, despite having some stellar entries.
So it'd be nice if yall would choose something alongside the community choice. Like the community winner and your pick. Maybe you could pick Gabriel. Jeff. Haddie. Anybody but sable or Mikaela or Feng. I'm begging you.

They hopefully will not put her on the list that we vote on. Just wait to see the list they compile for the voting.

That's a nice thought, but why on earth would they let the community decide only to exclude the most popular survivor? People would be livid.

I also made a post similar to this a few days ago, but yeah… If this is left up to the community, a male survivor will never win. It's gonna be Sable, Kate, Sable, Nea, Sable, Mikaela, Sable, Feng, and… have I mentioned Sable yet?
Personally, Sable is also my favorite female survivor. But she does not need help with popularity. These community contests are a perfect opportunity to let someone shine, who usually doesn't. BHVR has a power to bring this about. The community doesn't, they will vote for the most popular female survivor, like the OP mentioned.

There is nothing they can do to make for example jeff popular, no skin will help so why would we want male skin?
I don't want to be listening to male grunts of pain all the time, it makes me feel uncomfortable so i don't main male surviviors.
Female are also smaller so it's easier to hide.
Also quieter.There is more upside than downsides to choose female character.
People want popular character skin and let it be. I want popular female skin to win, so i could use it happily.

If the community wants the current waifu then that's what they'll bring. It's what makes them the most money so why wouldn't they bring that. Bhvr is a business. They will follow the money. Don't expect anything else.

Did we all just forget Felix Richter won and got a Community skin from Hunnybe4r? I actually went and checked out their art because of that skin.
They should not waste a community skin on a character most people never play. They should save it for some of the most played characters so that way they can maximize there profits and allow the artists work to be seen by a lot of people and attract people to their art.

You're not saying anything interesting or new. Corporations like money? Really? That's nuts.
However the community skins go in the free track of the rift so what the hell are you talking about? Even if that weren't the case it's not like the resources required to make a single skin is going to bankrupt BHVR. Money is important. So is goodwill. That's why they do stuff that doesn't bring money, like changing old characters.

Might as well lower your expectations then, because it's most definitely going to become a popularity contest between Survivors and there is no way the submissions for the more popular characters won't make it to the finalists.
The only way less popular characters are going to win is if the chosen outfits for them looks visually more captivating than what the finalist submission for the popular characters does.
