Instead of BP lets give shards for them. You only get 1 ritual per day, it would make impact at least a little bit. i think it would be a good change, when looking at how hard shards are to grind

I haven't bothered with Daily Rituals in a long time since all the codes and giveaways has kept me over the Bloodpoint cap. I'm sort of glad about that, since the rituals usually want me to play characters I don't want to play (and sometimes do incredibly annoying things as them), but as long as the system is there it makes sense to be more useful. Shards would definitely get me to care again.
