The Hag is a killer very little used but here are my suggestions.
The reason why nobody wants to play The Hag is simple although she has potential, her power to camp on hooks has weakened with the borrowed time base kit and the nerf for camp and the fact survivors can remove traps without a flashlight for this reason has lost quite a bit a power and I recommend making 3 adjustments.
Increase movement speed from 4.4 to 4.6ms.
Increase terror radius to 32 meters. (this compensates for the base movement speed)
Increase the speed to install phantasm traps to 0.7 seconds.
Remove add-ons to set traps faster and add addons such as this one:
With these numerical adjustments the Hag will gain a lot in playability and it will be more common to find her in games.
You can always make changes later if you feel the Hag is getting too strong but this is preferable to have a killer in the game with little use.

Nobody plays hag because she is boring to play
My proof for this is singularity, even with the buffs that he received, I still do not see him being played
Why? Because he is boring to play, and people like to play the killers that are fun, remember when wesker was released? Everyone was playing him because he was fun.
Even with the buffs that Hag got one time ago, still nobody plays her because her playstyle is boring, of course there are players that like the character, but, it’s not a considerable number of people that like her.

Hag would still not get played. People (like me) do not consider her power fun and that wouldn’t change.

Singularity requires more experience than a Nurse, and the Nurse is a better killer because it ignores any structure.
The Hag needs improvement anyway.

Hag has a specific playstyle. Not everyone likes that.
One thing I dislike about her, is that her add-on selection has things older than most of the content in this game. I tried to fix her worst ones here:

It’s impossible to make hag fun , I played her a lot to p11. It’s just camping objectives and no chase. The chase Adonis are weak even if they’re fun, no hook camp counter either.

I agree that hag is boring to play for the most part because you're really dependend on your traps and you have to reset them constantly.
However I do not agree that singularity is boring to play, the biggest problem of his power is that you have to manage a large amount of stuff and you "only" get a teleport, a little bit of speed and better palette-breaks. Most of the things I said are easier to get with other killers and most of the time even better. So if you don't like to manage a huge amount of stuff at the same time you won't find him very fun because you don't get near as much value as you could.

The problem with the Hag is a slow killer and depends to survivors activating her power maybe increase the speed base to 4.6 and making add-ons to teleport at will would be better.
Just adding a secondary power with a timer (Similar to the power of Sadako) to teleport to a trap much is more fun and finally this killer don't need proxy camp anymore.

For this reason my proposal is strengthen pursuit to Hag (base speed 4.6ms) and adding to traps a secondary power to teleport to traps at will to give her greater map control and so doesn't need to camp hooks.
The problem with Hag is easier to stay close from the hook.

I don't play Hag for the simple reason that there's a half-second to a third of a second input delay when using a controller with her. Those using a mouse simply rebind her attack to the scroll wheel, so they can insta-swing when teleporting, but you cannot do that with the controller.
So most teleport hits miss, and her base speed makes her lose so much distance. I imagine those with a mouse wouldn't play her either if that insta-swing wasn't possible.
Short of M&K support, which doesn't look like it's ever happening, no changes they do can remedy this.

Sorry, I didn't read I'm just adding what I think the hag needs to improve her feeling of gameplay quality for all.
- remove maximum teleport distance there shouldn't be a limit on how far you can teleport, it's just an unnecessary hindrance for no reason (following this I want all tp range increase add-ons reworked)
- make the trap trigger range shorter, this makes traps more precise but more deadly if they're triggered.
- all traps within 8-10 meters of a hooked survivor are removed and traps can't be placed within 8-10 meters of a hooked survivor. (this is to make her power more fair when it comes to hook saves)0 -
