SoloQ Survivors - Would you play this way to avoid teammates giving up?

I'm usually playing whichever side has the BP incentive but with the unprecedented rise in teammates giving up and or trolling, I am currently only playing Killer.

I was wondering if you would rather play SoloQ or, if you had the option, play with 3 BOT teammates Vs a real Killer player?

I would totally do it! I know only having 2 humans in the game is sad but SoloQ is really out of control with the griefing and trolling now! I recorded and reported 5 people during 2v8 and no action was taken. Ridiculous.

I hope for the health of the game that BHVR starts banning for griefing again because as addicted to this game as we are, it's not going to be hard to walk away from what's currently going on.

Only if the killer doesn't know who's the real player and who are the bots. I've quit matches because the only teammates left are bots and the killer completely ignores them.

The bots would need to be a little bolder, too, able to takes risks and put themselves out there to take aggro. Less selfish, better team players, since a big part of the reason solo q sucks is because there are no team players left outside SWF.

To be fair… If you play against 4 bots in custom, they absolutely crank those gens 😶😶😶😶

I never ignore bots as Killer. They will absolutely do generators and hit every good (if not great] skillcheck. I tunnel them out asap.

Bots can be actually good against some killers.

They work on gens at least and can be a menace with flashlights. Some of blinds they get I didn't know was possible.

I think it would be funny to have option hide "bot" tag. Would be hilarious in custom to try 3 bots and 1 player. You can only kill the player, if you kill a bot, then you lost.

I'd be a little wary of having all bot teammates (I've had it happen a couple of times). I got nervous when I was hooked by the Killer, not knowing if the bots would come for me.

I go after bots or real players, but not both. If there's an early game bot I rarely consider it a "real" match anymore. I usually go after the bot instead of the actual players. They can farm or help me kill the bot, I like that, but I don't want to punish them for staying to play the game. Plus, the bots can be real pains in the ass if they have decent tiles to loop (not to mention finding it in the first place, those scaredy cats), so killing one can eat up a lot of my time.

As survivor, I like the times when a killer has hooked a bot and we all stand around watching like we're performing a human sacrifice. My friend and I will pull out our lutes, too. Kumbaya, Entity.

If I'm going to play vs bots, I'd rather it just be a single player game where I set specific rules, parameters, modes, etc. A single player DBD could be fun if we could mod it and balance it ourselves. I would not play 1+3v1.

Definitely do not want to play with bots lol even though you have no communication in solo queue, you still manage to communicate in some degree and have an understanding of general unspoken rules (eg coordinated endgame saves, avoiding 3 gens, etc). You don't have that with bots. They just do what theyre programmed to do.

I have my issues with team mates but overall I don't see alot of griefing or trolling. I see those things more often these days than I did in the past but not to a huge degree, or enough that it impacts my overall enjoyment. Most of the things people find unpleasant in this game - DCs, letting go on hook, tunneling, camping, slugging etc - are certainly unpleasant to me too, but they're the exception and not the norm in my games thankfully.

The bot AI would need to be polished (the ones I’ve played with aren’t good loopers and don’t stick to gens) but I wouldn’t mind playing a game with better programmed bots.
