No Twitch Drops have made their way to me in-game, despite having claimed them all

I followed the FAQ and there is no button to "Retry Claim" as it's reported in there.

I can't even unlink and link another Twitch account to try and get the drops by watching 6 hours again

Can you just give the affected people codes before the drop time ends and I'm stuck without another thing because your method of distribution failed AGAIN

And I have contacted support but no response as usual
