Question about ticket submissions

I now have 5 open tickets with BHVR with no responses. Normally I get a response within a day. One of my tickets is from 10 days ago. Did they change their ticket submission process? Are they behind?

Why do you have so many ticket submissions? By ticket submission, are you talking about reporting other players?

Two are technical issues (Twitch drop issue, one was for the game taking 5-10 minutes to launch), three were player reporting (one player told me to k### myself, one player said homophobic comments in EGC, and a third attempted to hold me hostage via bodyblocking me in a spot near a downed pallet that I was unable to vault, who then proceeded to join my Discord server & DM me insults).
So do you have an answer to my question or no?

They're taking too long to answer the tickets submissions. I thought it was because The Casting of Frank Stone rewards, since a lot of players didn't get in game. But since you're waiting 10 days and TCoFS was released this week, I really don't know the reason

IDK if it’s true, but someone on a different forum said if you submit a ticket while you have one open already, you get moved to the end of the queue. Maybe someone from BHVR can confirm or deny?

From my personal experience it took on avarage 14 days before they reply. It can be longer ofc. I think the customer team is probably not that big compare to tickets they recieve so it takes a while before they will get to you.

Probably a backlog in players sending in false reports about players doing things that are not reportable.

Also the Twitch reward issue. That's been solved now but at the time I imagine they got alot of Support requests so it could be backed up since then too.

I Report this kinda players all the time, they are not fast, but eventually you will get a message that told you that one of your tickets had some kind of effect. But because of privacy they won't tell you which one exactly, which is fine.
