"Lights Out"'s hidden progress bars should be what Blindness inflicts

Hiding auras is nice - especially since Windows of Opp. is everyone's favorite meta perk nowadays (needs change) - but I feel as if Blindness is nevertheless lackluster compared to what it could be, especially given what the actual definition of what "blind" is.

The only thing Blindness is truly doing at the moment is stifling WOO, which can be remedied by cleansing a hex totem (Third Seal) or not working on a generator for five seconds (Fearmonger Mindbreaker) since those are the main ways of inflicting the condition.

I just think it could be melded with something different/new to increase its potency, viability, and use. And Lights Out just gave us the grand idea on how to do that.

Very Much agree blindness is already fairly weak status effect and this would provide. lot of utility to the effect.

oh i love that! yes please add this to blindness!

in general, i think Blindness should be more impactful. no auras, no progress bars, no shared surv info, black vignette.

I like it, but it's very anti-solo que unfortunately :( probably wouldn't be healthy to implement, although I'd love a change to blindness in general

the last thing solo q needs is less info of any kind. Not that they even know what to do with the info they have now but still!

i think big reason why light out mode is unpopular is this mechanic. turning off UI mechanics is downgrade to the game. anti-soloq. most dbd player are not playing 4 man swf so UI losses hurts overall gameplay experience.

I think blindness should make it to where you can’t differentiate between a hex and dull totem, just make hex totems look like dull totem. In addition to what it currently does.
