It's no wonder only a handful of perks are used by players. They're mostly inconsistent, you have to invest all of your slots for 1 perk or you don't get any use out of it. This sucks and I wish BHVR did a better job when they released those perks.

there was definitely an issue with perk designs for a little bit there where a perk needed 50000 steps just to use it
