Toughest killer to 1v1 in a chase in your opinion?
I'd say Hux.

If you count powers, then blood fury Oni

Pyramid head or Wesker

Depends on what the conditions are. If it's a custom 1v1 then maybe Clown and Skull Merchant. Heck, maybe even a good Slinger.
If it's in general, yeah Hux is probably up there. While Nurse/Blight/Spirit may be strong 1v1ers in a vacuum, they get utterly destroyed by a wee bit of stealth if they try to cold approach me. I'm confident in my Fixated skills. Hux though can capture me in 4K HD

It's Tie between Leatherface And The Hillbilly. But i hate 1v1's against the Hillbilly Slightly more than leatherface depending on the map
1 -
Kinda map depending, but we'd say overall bubba. If there's no window or pallet, you are dropping with lockers buying only so much time.

Nurse or Chucky. I find one-trick chucky player to be hardest to loop.
idk, i feel like any time i play vs Oni, the player isn't very good at using demon dash. Like they usually just lose their entire ability power for chasing me. so I find him easy to loop.
1 -
A good Slinger
3 -
Are they not dpi shifting? I find against good oni's it is basically impossible to loop at certain tiles thanks to that

Hux's strenght is ok in the 1v4, since he can clean pallets insanely fast if the survivor doesnt know when to greed, but in the 1v1 he sucks because the survivor has the entire map's resources.
As @Devil_hit11 said, Chucky and Nurse bypass having yo sorry about resources so they are ok the top.

literally nurse or spirit if they got cherry bloosom.

to me, looping Oni is little bit like looping blight. there is specific Los tricks that you can use to create 50/50's and even if player knows 180 flick tech, a lot of them mess it up. i don't really find much challenge in playing vs Oni, somewhat very mediocre killer.
the only time i feel like Oni provides any challenge is when he proxy camp with his ability and like demon rushes around hooks and like slug unhookers before you can unhook. they buffed hook timer from 60 →70 second so it is probably easier to defeat these type of Oni player's. Other than that, i feel like every game i play vs Oni is like 3 man out.

pc nurse while on console.
1 -
Being on console or PC doesnt make much of a difference if youre up against a Nurse on PC
5 -
My understanding of Op's question was if a good player was using the killer lol

facts
2 -
actually...it does and it works both ways. any killer on console versus high mmr pc survivors is practically a guaranteed loss due exclusively to movement ability. i am guessing it is fps. console survivor against pc nursei the same thing. i suppose it is fun to pretend it is a skill issue and i am guessing you are on pc. i've played over 6000 hours since 2017.

my answer was Chucky with my second choice being nurse.
1 -
Vecna is definitely up there if they know what they're doing and you dont have any of the magic items.
1 -
A good venca can almost guarantee hits at any filler
1 -
Dont know why youre pipping up so much when I said it doesnt make much of a difference in this case since all that is mentioned is a 1v1 against a Nurse. Put me in a 1v1 on a controller on PC then on console against a Nurse on PC and the result is gonna be practically the same.
EDIT: To be clear Im not saying PC doesnt have an advantage, but its so minuscle in this scenario that it might as well not even matter.
1 -
i disagree. i used to collect videos of evidence but it is seldom talked about..
0 -
What evidence is there to show?? like what advantage does PC have over console against a Nurse in 1v1?
0 -
you are a pc player, of course you don't see it.

I mean the difference between killer controls between PC killers and Console killers is the main complaint from console, survivors having their controls portes over really well is often the reason why most console players play survivor.
What is the big advantage then? Outdated hardware?

I’d honestly say Trickster. He’s absolutely ridiculous now they’ve buffed his speed. I had one the other day who managed to just follow me round throwing his knives at me including over obstacles I tried to use to break the line of sight with. Add in the addition of the easy build up to his speedy throw (forget the name of the feature now) but he’s just horrible. I’m glad the changes didn’t improve his pick rate.

The boring answer is a good Nurse because she ignores most of the games chase mechanics.
The more interesting answer is Deathslinger. 1v1 chase is pretty much his entire thing. Singularity is up there too though, and Trickster if there aren't any high loops nearby.1 -
Youre right, because its obsolete in this scenario.
Name one disadvantage in the above scenario. One.

Singu is easy mode compared to nurse

partially. i suspect framerate. there have been experiments done by others. i'll have to see if i can find them.

framerate.

i was trying to find a video demonstrating the difference but i can't remember the title. a good example is how a surivor bobs their head. that speed of movement cannot be replicated on console to my knowledge. perhaps with a keyboard as it is easier to hit two keys? i dunno.. the difference though is readily seen. tramslated to other.movements such as turning?

I absolutely hate slinger so i'll say good deathslinger. I'm also going to throw artist there.

Not all PC players have this godlike build and can only play at 60 fps, just like console. Hell I played the first 1/3 of my hours on a PC that would run the game at 15-20 fps. (I currently have 6.7k)

Hmmm this a tough one cause there's a good # of very oppressive and high pressure killers.
I'll give it to my man, the Oni.
