Bloody Prestige Portrait not granted
I have not played DbD in almost 2 years, since version 6.0.0.
Many of the killers on my account were Prestige 3, but there are a few killers that have not been granted Bloody Prestige Portrait despite being Prestige 3.
Has anyone else had a similar phenomenon? I have contacted support but no response at all.
Please help.

check you dbd options, it says if you want the portraits or not. If that doesn’t work then yeah I hope bhvr helps you

Portraits are applied and some characters have red backgrounds.

Were they Prestige 3 prior to the cut off point? As you cannot get the red portraits after that point if you then choose to prestige the characters?

Yes, some characters who were prestige 3 before v6.0.0 are getting red portraits and some are not. Characters who have acquired the red portrait are assigned a prestige of 9, while those who have not are assigned a prestige of 6-8.

I raised a character whose prestige was 8 to prestige 9, but the red portrait was not granted.0 -
What is my next course of action on this issue?
I have already contacted the support center but the status remains open and no response for about a week.0 -
Characters do not get the red portrait if you reach prestige 9, they only get it if they were P3 prior to the progression update.

I had the opposite effect. One of my killers wasn't p3 before the change and didnt have the bloody portrait at first but the next day it had it.

I mean.. why is that still a thing? What about the newer players about to prestige. Newcomers getting the short stick. Is it really fair to them having not been at that cutting point. To be denied something? Since prestige is hidden from the public, something like the portraits animation oughta at least show themselves as some sort of accomplishment?

This is a type of legacy for players who went through a much more difficult and slower grind to get to P3, a small thank you for sticking with it during that time.

If I send you my user ID or cloud ID, can you investigate? If you have a play log from before v6.0.0, you can confirm that the red portraits were not given to characters who reached prestige 3 before v6.0.0.

I have characters that have not been given that SMALL THANK YOU.
For example, my Doctor, Michael and Bubba were prestige 3 before v6.0.0.
After v8.2.0, I logged in for a long time and the doctor and Michael were not given red portraits.
On the other hand, bubba has been granted red portraits and he is happy.But I love the Doctor, Michael, and of course all the other killers who were in Prestige 3. I would like to give them red portraits as well.
