Sole Survivor incorrect trigger

Sole Survivor is supposed to only grant tokens when another survivor is killed or sacrificed but it also grants tokens when they escape & then leave the lobby (can't be spectating)
PLATFORM: PC - Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Run Sole Survivor Perk
- Have another survivor escape
- Have the survivor who escaped leave the game lobby (can't be spectating or in post game screen)
