Will the Dominus Tome continue using that awful blue color for the Deep Rift?
It has only looked good on one or two skins since it was introduced, and honestly, it's a downgrade because almost all skins look better in their original colors. I think just about any other color would be an improvement at this point.

If there was any time to do something different, now would be that time. I'd love it if they used red instead.
I wonder if Soma Cruz and True Dracula will get a Deep Rift variations. It would be the first time a Legendary skin would have a variant.

I agree with changing the color, but for the opposite reason. I like the blue color and hate that it's being used for skins that won't ever be able to be gotten again. I'd rather them change it to a color I didn't like (or just stop with the deep rift skins because fomo is stupid).

I think it's just supposed to be a status symbol of you did the pass instead of just bought a cosmetic. Different colors matching tome theme would be pretty nice though people wouldn't be happy because Fomo.
I think the reason they did the Deep rift outfits was to specifically give people who played at that time a reward for finishing i do agree with the FOMO is dumb thing though.

Remember when they said, back when the Skull Merchant's tome was announced, that Deep Rift cosmetics would stop being just blue versions of skins unlocked earlier in the tome? It was stated in a Developer Update, and it made seem that it would change on that upcoming tome… but it never did.
Perhaps it's for the best, though, because a version of the skin that looked unequivocacally better than the other already unlocked would lead to FOMO that requires you to go through the whole rift.

When they first introduced the Deep Rift, I was certain each Rift would have a unique colour palette for the Deep variants.
The blue is tired IMO, I’d love to see a different colour scheme.

I'm really torn; I hate the blue for the most part, but I appreciate the fact that Deep Rift was meant to be "prestige ng++" throwaway crap that you can live without and recolours are a nice compromise for appeasing the grind crowd without bothering the FOMO crowd too much. Blue was the colour they picked so it wouldn't have any strategic value to make worth grinding.

Echoing this. I really wanted to see glowing violet, glowing red, neon green… at this point it feels like we're stuck with blue, and while there are worse colors they could have picked, it's a missed opportunity.
