Addressing DCers and Hook Suicides

I don't think it's fair that when players disconnect (DC) or intentionally hook suicide, the rest of the team, and the killer, are left dealing with either bots or missing teammates. While I know you can fail skill checks accidentally, failing four in a row is clearly intentional.

My idea is that if players DC or intentionally suicide on hook, they should be locked out from joining another game for as long as the match they left is still ongoing. This way, if all four survivors disconnect at the start of a match, they can't just laugh at the killer while queuing for their next game, leaving the killer to play against four bots. Sadly, some use this tactic as a way to bully the killer, and it needs to be addressed.
