Buff Potential Energy
The idea behind the perk is pretty neat, trade a few extra seconds on a Generator for the ability to transfer the progress where it matters the most, however, there are several issues with this perk, which make it way worse than it is.
It takes too long to activate. Waiting 8 seconds before you can even activate the perk feels pretty bad, I assume that is to prevent toolboxes from negating the downside of repairing slower while it gathers tokens, so I suggesst one of the following:
- Reduce the warm-up time to 3 seconds (from 8 seconds).
or
- Remove the warm-up time completely and make the Perk not work with toolboxes.
Keeping Tokens for a longer time is pretty much impossible. It's way too easy to lose them, missing a Skill Check makes you lose some of them if it's not fully charged, and the worst part is that you lose all of them if you get hit, which against some Killers is pretty much a guarantee (for example The Legion). So I have a suggestion:
- You lose 7 Tokens when loosing a health state. (instead of all of them)
This way you won't completely waste all your time if the Killer happens to find you with all Tokens haha.
It would also be really nice if while working on a generator with this perk active, it would count as if you're not working on said generator, just for the purpose of you not debuffing your teammates that you might be working with and yourself!

Imo the perk needs a more favorable conversion rate, ie. instead of 1.5% = 1% it could be 1.2% = 1%. This way the perk is more efficient to use and would be worth it more often.
I also agree with reducing the activation time to 3 seconds, 8 seconds is too much.
