Compensation Character Price Change
Dear BHVR and Community,
I know this is not a discussion, but I would like to be able to communicate with you guys. I bought the Dredge before the price change to 4500 iri shards, so when it was 9000 iri shards. I also bought the Hag before her price was reduced to 2250 iri shards. I have only recently found out that you could get a refund for the extra iri shards you paid. My DBD account is an Epic Account by the name of Thynderbird. If anyone could help me, please reply.
PS, I hope that if a BHVR worker sees this, they will check the record first and not assume that im lying.

You can do that?

You should probably send a support ticket because they'll need your cloud ID as well (found in the in-game settings), your Epic name wouldn't be enough confirmation.

This should be the page for you. Submit a request, speak with the AI thingy and give all you details then wait for them to get back to you.

I think there is an Ask Something Else option, follow that through. Can probably just copy and paste what you put in your original post.

I didn't know that either. 😳

Hmm I guess do it with the Feedback/Suggestions option, it'll create a ticket for sure. Maybe inform them you couldn't find the exact option for what you wanted to ask.

Is it really possible to get a refund? What are the terms on that? I bought every non-licensed character with shards (except Plague and Jane), but getting a refund for changed prices feels a bit weird when I've had use of the product for 3 years now, even if that's a refund in a purely non-cash currency. I wouldn't complain about getting some 25k shards out of nowhere, but usually price reductions aren't grandfathered like this.
