Doctor could do with another buff
Sporadically speed up the madness skill check rotation speed at irregular intervals and increase the chances of madness skill checks. The longer you're healing or repairing, the more chance you have triggering a skill check.
Add skill checks to totems too.

Interesting ideas but honestly think Doctor is good as is. The recent buffs didn’t seem necessary but did make him feel less sluggish to play.

Just make illusionary doctors move please.

THIS make the illusions move, attack the survivor to jumpscare them but not actually damage them and a .01 percent chance of them doing a dance ANYTHING

Agree that’s all I want. It would be cool if illusions of survivors spawn that make the follow emote and then run to the killer and I want illusion doctors that just run around and chase people even illusion doctors that chase illusion survivors would be so cool.

Or just having madness 3 giving the survivors incapacitated until they snap out of it would be great. No need to make the doctor ridiculously op tbh. Remember when the doctor passively made people insane just by existing?

A buff that I kinda want to see Doctor get is that his illusionary doctors will actually run at the survivors randomly from time-to-time and, if they reach the survivor before they vanish, they'll "hit" the survivor which will increase their Madness progression every time they hit the survivor.

Doctor has so much potential for fun stuff as buffs, such as moving illusions, illusionary pallets basekit, random skill checks that literally do nothing when you arent even doing an action etc.

Ohh that's cool.
Yeah there are so much that can be done. I mean the comments here speak for itself.
It'd be funny if you miss a random skillcheck and you scream but don't reveal yourself.
