Make Up your minds.
You Nerf Distortion for lack of interaction but you also Nerf Buckle Up because too much interaction.
You Rework Toolboxes to break Hooks but then give Hook Respawn AND Basekit Ebony Mori.

As long as their numbers say that killers are killing at least 60% of survivors then all is good in their world.
They don't care.

Distortion was nerfed because people were using it to hide all game, to the point it was a detriment to their team at times.
Buckle Up was nerfed because, especially when combined with For the People, created lose-lose scenarios with little (if any) counterplay for the killer.
They made Sabo easier so it could come to play more often; it's less risky trying to save a surv about to get hooked while still rewarding when it works. Hooks respawning was to prevent instances where the surv was in a hook dead zone and the killer's remaining option is bleeding them out (sucks for both sides)
It's basekit Cypress Mori. As in, last survivor in the match. If you went down, you lost. Nothing has changed.

What happened with distortion is that people disapproved of the stealth playstyle and decided the problem lied on them. People are so focused on chases now that if a player doesn't revolve around doing that then any other kind of playstyle is trolling.
Buckle up is fine as long as you dont let it work with for the people
hook respawn and toolbox sabo is fine, but it can feel like hooks respawn too fast sometimes.
As to basekit mori, going down does not mean you lost. There are more then a few times where people go down alone and managed to escape from the killer alone. Why is that any different just because you're the last survivor?
