perk rework ideas
scourged hook dying light:
when you hook your obsession on a scourged hook , all survivors suffer from blindness and oblivous for 40 seconds. when you hook a regular survivor obsession will scream and you will gain undetectable status as long the survivor is hooked. this will go away if you are within 24 meters of the hooked survivor
beast of prey:
at the start of the trial you gain undetectable for 2 minutes, anytime you hit a survivor this perk deactivates. add 5 seconds to all stealth perks and add ons
huntress lullaby:
(buff) now affects power skill checks
hex two can play:
(new) whenever a survivor debuffs you they also gain a debuff, if survivor gets a buff from you, you also get a buff from them
hex: insidious:
whenever a survivor bless or cleanse this totem the perk activates. all survivors will scream and reveal their location to you. they also are hit with oblivous for 1 minute
shattered hope:
(remove) remove the option to kick totem to make them basekit.
(new) when you kick the totem, all survivors in your radius will suffer from exhaustion for 10 seconds
septic touch
(new) whenever is survivor is 90% done on healing, this perk activates it second ability. survivor will be hit with continuous skill check. if a survivor fails they are hit with mangled. this can only work if survivor is outside of the terror radius and can only work once per hook.
scourged hook: undone
whenever you hook a survivor on a scourged hook, you gain a token 5 tokens to maximum of 20 tokens. when you kick the gen, you will lose all tokens and gen will lose progress 1% per token and be blocked by 1% per token. then after being block it will start regressing. this will have a cooldown of 60 seconds.

This is basically nerfs to some lesser used perks and over buffs or weird changes to others.
