Incentives and queue times
From my understanding, incentives are showing up whenever there is a shortage of specific role, correct?
If that's the case, can someone please explain why for the past week or more, whenever there's an incentive on survivor, the queue times are abysmal as well?
Something either is broken or incentives are now random

We are in between chapters and events right now, when the player count always dips some. So I imagine that plays a part, as does time of day, region, and MMR.

I don't think that's the reason.
I see the incentive on survivor so I go play that role and I get a long queue. Then I switch to killer, while the incentive is still on survivor, and I barely have to wait at all.
If the cause was a general lack of players the waiting time on the role without incentive would be even longer.
For some reason the bp bonus and the incentives have not aligned for the last month or so.
