NEW BUG CAN'T HEAL BE HEALD

hey, so my english is not the best but i try to describe the issue, i play against the deathslinger he shot me im downed, an other surv flashlight saved me and after that i can't heal myself i have a medkit, but it's turned out other survivors can't heal me as well and can't pick me up from dying state, after the first hook stage, i can't use my deadhard too. this is the first time this happend to me.

    Not new bug but not fixed tho' (contrary to that closed report claims here: Can't heal and be healed )

    Are you sure you weren't broken?

    I think when you are broken, you have a little crossed heal icon near your nickname, like if you have used Deliverance to self unhook you.
    If you look video, you don't have this & no heal action are available when you are close to the other injuried/crawling survivor…

    When this was happening last time I think it had something to do with the game thinking that the survivor in question was interacting with some object in the trail like a gen, chest etc. One way to clear it was to fix the gen to the end or finish the other interactions that was causing it. Second way was to enter a locker as it cleared the interaction and you were able to be healed again.
