CAN NOT M1 after kicking pallete/gen

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was playing Wraith on Gideon and every single time I kicked either a pallete and sometimes a generator I couldn't use M1, I had to cloak and uncloak again.
PLATFORM: Steam/PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play Wraith, kick a pallete and try to use M1 or basic attack.

I second this, PLayed as wraith today, anytime I used my controller to hit RB to kick a gen, pallet break a wall my attack button RT would not attack had to cloak and uncloak to fix it. had it happen every single time in the match
