i got banned 2 weeks ago and i still dont have an answer.
Hi, i play since 2016 and 2 weeks ago i got banned without any reason. The first days i almost cry blood (it was literally 8 years playing the game). Then i looked up i bit more and i saw that LOTS of people got banned suddenly. I waited patienly because they could have been checking every false ban (or accurate bans) but now im losing my mind. The new tome dropped, the new chucky skin (i had 60k auric cells ready to spend), the NEW EVENT DROPPED.
Yesterday i was watching my friends playing on discord and they met a hacker spitir with perma auras, it was insane. I cant believe those people are still playing and i cant. (Not even mentioning the HENS333 video about hackers) its ABSURD.
how much do i have to wait???
PD: I play on pc/xbox, but when i got banned i was playing on xbox because i went on vacations

but its more likely you did something bannable than got incorrectly banned.

i already contacted them, i definitely wouldn´t risk my account. I even reported a lot of cheaters to them… its amazing

if for a streamer with 14k that got banned some months ago they took 1 MONTH imagine for a normal player like me

These stories makes me so scared. Can't imagine to play this game for big part of life, put insane amount of money in it and get banned for nothing with no respond and opportunity to be unbanned without huge public resonance.
It shouldn't be like this. They should make triple check if ban is legit, especially when they see that account has a lot of hours and wasted a lot of money on it. Especially knowing that actual cheater can make you banned, as far as I know.
