Disturbed Ward has been shadownerfed: the map now spawns deadzones everywhere
It seems that the problem of breakable walls is not unique here, in fact the map now spawns huge deadzones all over the place with many tiles lacking pallets or without anything at all, why it was not mentioned?

Perhaps it is part of BHVR’s map rebalancing.

It should've been mentioned at least and I also don't know if this is the best way to balance maps honestly, especially with the latest experiments.

This has sadly been a trend in their rebalancing efforts: they tend to barely mention map changes of they mention them at all.
New, weaker tiles get added with no mention or they completely reworked (nerfed) tile weighting to put in more hills or dead zones instead of being able to tile chain.
Or it could just be a bug too. There are sometimes bugs with her maps that spawn too many times for a while until they fix it, so this could just be spawning too few.

I have asked them to killswitch this map and what aare they doing? Let me see. Oh, right the flashbangs and firecrackers are still bugged lmao
2 -
They've done the same to a bunch of other maps, just deadzones everywhere
5 -
BHVR stated on Twitter that it is unintentional and they are looking into it

No they were talking about the numerous breakable walls that are spawning in the main-building.

My point. This isn’t at all unusual, it’s how the devs are balancing maps and they don’t tell us the specific changes they’ve made when they rebalance maps.
It’s not the best way but it’s a consistent approach the devs are taking to balancing maps. And when they change them they don’t tell us what the specific tile changes are, either. At least they didn’t for Haddonfield, Coldwind, Borgo, etc. 🤷🏼

I mean this was the next map killers were complaining about so I agree with previous posts that it's just business as usual.
I wonder what the next map to be gutted will be.

This map has been complained about on and off for 7 years. This isn't new, now comparatively its the biggest map in the game with one of the strongest main buildings that can be reached from almost anywhere on the map with a post hit speed boost. 3 pallets usually ~2 of them godpallets at least and 2 very strong windows that can be reached every time you get hit is very strong. Most other maps that had similar problems were shrunk, or rearranged ect. Like how the main building on eerie of crows used to be 1 tile further from the back wall and had jungle gyms right outside its windows and a potential row of pallet spawns and loops behind it.

That's not the point, reworks have to be done properly, all those they have done were terrible, otherwise no one would object.

You're not showing the TL into jungle gyms though, or filler pallets next to 4-walls and shack. And of course, that no-mindgame main building window and god pallets.

Does it have to be a completely different map to be considered nerfed? They showed what changed, not what stayed the same. From what I can tell 3/4ths of the map spawned without any filler pallet whatsoever. Might just be exceptionally bad RNG though but I am inclined to believe the map nerfed considering the recent trend in map balance and, the actual live changes to this map and that "bug" one or two years ago that spawned a god rock next to shack on maps of this realm.

I mean even without any other filler on the map it has 7 tiles, shack, and a main building. That's probably the most if not tied for the most right now and i'm assuming if they are trying a new generation system it probably threw it off.
