i'm really not sure what you're supposed to do to combat this perk, theres no real way to deny value from it

Exhaustion perks/add ons are always handy, (Fear Monger/ Mind breaker makes survivors blind and exhausted while on a gen) but also keeping track of when it's in play and then predicting their next move. There's something called "lithe brain" where players with Lithe will sometimes always go for the window, and so once you know it's in play you can try to predict where they're running. You can try to force them to unsafe windows as well, where the lithe pretty much gets wasted because it sends them right into a dead zone or a corner of the map.

Something I like to do sometimes when I encounter a Lithe player is tricky them into wasting it usually at a not so strong loop and then just chase after them. Survivors use Lithe so they have an easier time getting to another loop that is safer than the last. So I just make the survivor waste lithe and keep them at a loop, and if that doesn't work, just run some perk that effects survivors with exhaustion like Blood Echo or Mindbreaker
