A suggestion from me

I think it would be interesting to combat gen rush that survivors need to make 6 generators and that the generators need a little more time to be completed.

I think it would be a good way to combat the hook campers if the hooks worked like in 2vs8, but it worked the following way the Killers would need to take the survivors to the hook normally but if they stay close to the hook for too long it will teleport away and If they repeat this 3 times the survivor can leave alone.

What do you think of this suggestion?

    I think on bigger and stronger maps this could be a way, but it would be overkill on the others.

    I would rather have something added to gens, what makes them more interesting. For example you have to search for fuel to power the gens or something like that, but it shouldn’t be too complicated.

    About the 2vs8 hook stuff. I would remove the unhook notification, but leave the rest as it is.

    gen speeds needs to be 100 second and toolboxes repair speed needs a nerf, killer got gen regression and blocking nerfed 100 times yet gen speeds are unchanged for 2 years

    No. Why? Because solo survivor is already hard enough with the tiles and loops/loop spawns being weaker than they ever have. You can't perfectly balance a game like this. Solo Q can already be very difficult, imagine how it would be with a setup like that.

    I'd like to imagine they would try to avoid making the most boring objective in the game even more boring… Killer has never been as easy as it is now in the history of the game. Mind you, I am NOT saying killer doesn't require skill.

    Game’s already pretty balanced around 5 as it is.(comp squads being an outlier)

    It’s just that some killers set themselves up for failure by min-maxing their build around getting the first survivor tunneled out quickly, such that when that doesn’t happen, the relative skill levels of the other Survivors efficiency break through the gens like a broken dam.

    I'm personally failing to see why this would be interesting. Generators are the most boring part of the game, number tweaks are a standard balancing method rather than something out-of-the-box, and increasing the amount of time survivors spend on generators is routinely suggested by people as a way to combat gen rush.

    I want to know if Genrush happen because the Killer isn't contesting gens because they are chasing one survivor at shack 10 sec in.
    Cause 100% if that is the case, then its a Killer Strategy flaw, not a Gens need to be harder to do flaw.

    Not that I know you do this OP, Im just saying I see a lot of Killers do this, get pallet stunned and then proclaim Genrush-

    Survivors should also start on hooks at the beginning of trials and immediately be sacrificed. Killers vs AI bots, wouldn't that be a fun future for the game!

    I thought hanging on the hook not being able to do anything at all was the most boring part of the game?

    Individual survivors usually spend less time on a hook than they do on gens, and the longer someone spends doing something boring the more boring it feels. Though, I could change my original statement to say "Generators are one of the most boring parts of survivor gameplay" if that would help.

    I've been playing past 3 hours, basically played 1 match every killer, no main, no nothing.

    Won almost them all with 4k, sometimes mercy hatch.

    Good killers would never lose, NEVER.
